    メスティンは吹きこぼれるの気にせずに炊くのが短時間で炊けて楽だな
    吹きこぼれるの嫌なら沸騰したあたりで火力絞って弱火にすると吹きこぼれずに炊ける
    でも炊けたかどうかの判断が付きづらいのでそろそろかなてあたりで火力上げてチリチリ音するか聞いたり時間図る感じにするといいのかも
