B̅**構文**じゃなくて**字句**解析をプログラムそれ自体から弄れるんですよ。なかなかないと思います。あと\def\def{def}\defの結果がA4用紙の(1in, 1in)あたりにある“def”という文字列になる。出力形態はともかく，\defみたいな一見すると予約語に見える命令を自由に変更できるのもなかなか珍しいと思う。
