     と、いうかそもそも問題のLIBSファイルは/var/tmp/portage/mail-client/heirloom-mailx-12.5/work/heirloom-mailx-12.5/LIBSにあるんだけど，# grep '^[^#]' LIBSとやっても空行しか出力されないもんで，問題なさそうに見えるんだが。

     えぇ…ebuildファイルのどこにもPORTDIRなんてないのだが……。https://github.com/oss-gate/workshop/issues/9#issuecomment-177056919↑これではebuildファイルを**弄ったせいで**おかしくなっているようだが，私弄ってないのだけど……？もしかしてOverlayリポジトリなのが悪さしてる？
